lojueguito is a platform to build branded games and crown the winners of tournaments, giveaways, contests and campaigns. The service is owned by TüumbaStudio (www.tuumbastudio.com). For any questions you can write to us at info@lojueguito.com.

By registering, accessing or using lojueguito you state that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To use certain features you need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity carried out from your account is deemed to be yours.

You may use lojueguito as an individual or on behalf of a company. In the latter case, you represent that you have sufficient authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

When using the platform you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties or of TüumbaStudio.
• Manipulate results, rankings or prizes unfairly.
• Upload offensive, defamatory content or content that breaches applicable law.
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data without authorization.

lojueguito is a technology tool that lets you organize challenges and determine winners based on the score ranking. Organizing each challenge, defining the rules, awarding prizes and complying with applicable giveaway or contest regulations is the sole responsibility of whoever creates the challenge.

TüumbaStudio is not the organizer of the giveaways nor responsible for the prizes offered by organizers.

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you choose. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable prior notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

The platform, its software, trademarks and content are owned by TüumbaStudio. Content you upload (logos, text, images) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to display it within the service in order to provide it to you.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TüumbaStudio will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify these Terms. We will publish the updated version on this page and, when the change is significant, we will notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
